214 Station Studios is a rehearsal, recording and teaching hub in Addlestone, opening soon. We will provide flexible, bookable spaces, from teaching rooms and a vocal booth through to a full recording studio and live room. Every space is record-enabled and properly maintained, with someone on hand every time you're here.
Whether you're a teacher looking for a regular base, a band wanting somewhere reliable to rehearse, or a musician just starting out, there's a room that works for you.

Three teaching rooms available by the hour, with Founding Tutor memberships for regular teachers. Priority booking, on-site storage, and a listing on our website.

Subsidised rates for under-21s and those in education. Youth access days, schools partnerships, and workshops covering everything from live sound to the music business.

The people behind 214 Station Studios have spent a combined 50 years performing, recording and teaching.
Sean has been a live sound engineer and bass guitarist for over 25 years, managing professional audio facilities at Canterbury Christ Church University since 2014. Tori trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, holds a degree in Commercial Music, and has spent her career teaching in schools, colleges and community settings, as well as performing as a vocalist and keyboard player across Surrey and Kent.
That breadth of experience shapes how this place is set up. The equipment is chosen by people who use it. The rooms are designed by people who know what a bad one feels like. And the pricing is set by people who have, at various points, needed affordable access to a decent space.
A building with a story
And family history
214 Station Road has been part of Addlestone business since the 1950s, when it housed the engineering business of Douglas Morrell - Tori's grandfather, whose family has owned the site for generations. There's something that feels right about taking a building built for practical craft and turning it into somewhere that serves a different kind of craft.
We think it matters that this place has roots, history, and a connection to the local community.
